Start at around 5:55 AM CEST on April 28th, our servers experienced traffic above capacity at the time. This caused heavy congestion leading the service to be slow or, at times, inaccessible to some users. Our technicians addressed the issue by adding more resources to the server capacity pool at 8:04 AM and by 8:12 AM, the issue was resolved.
